Order Cancellation Policy
At Grindstone Racing, every order is handled with care and precision to ensure smooth production and timely delivery. Please read our cancellation policy carefully before placing your order.
Cancellation Window
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement at no charge. After this period, orders are moved into production and can no longer be cancelled or modified.
To request a cancellation within this window, please email support@grindstoneracing.com with your order number and subject line "Cancellation Request." We will confirm your cancellation and process any applicable refund within 5–7 business days.
Standard Orders
For standard in-stock items, cancellations are accepted within the 24 hour window only. Once an order has entered processing or has been dispatched, it is considered final and cannot be cancelled.
Custom & Made to Order Suits
All of our custom F1 racing suits and karting suits are made to order — produced specifically for each customer based on their chosen size, design, and specifications. As a result, custom orders cannot be cancelled once production has begun, regardless of the time elapsed since placement.
We strongly recommend reviewing all order details carefully before confirming a custom order. If you have any questions about sizing or design before placing your order, please contact us at support@grindstoneracing.com and we will be happy to assist.
After Dispatch
Once your order has been dispatched it is considered final and cannot be cancelled. Any concerns after dispatch will be handled in accordance with our Returns and Refund Policy.
If We Need to Cancel Your Order
In the rare event that Grindstone Racing needs to cancel your order due to stock unavailability, production issues, or circumstances beyond our control, we will notify you promptly by email and issue a full refund within 5–7 business days.
