Returns & Refund Policy
At Grindstone Racing, we are committed to delivering premium racing apparel crafted with precision and attention to detail. Every order undergoes strict quality checks before dispatch. If you experience any issues with your order please review our policy below.
Return Eligibility
We accept return and refund requests submitted within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return the following conditions must be met:
The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition. The item must be returned in its original packaging with all tags intact. A valid proof of purchase must be provided with your request.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
Custom and made to order suits — including any order produced with specific sizing, custom designs, colour choices, or personalised branding. These are produced exclusively for each customer and cannot be returned once production has begun. Items damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear. Items returned outside of the 14 day return window.
Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is defective, damaged in transit, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@grindstoneracing.com with the following:
Your order number, a clear description of the issue, and photographs clearly showing the defect or incorrect item.
Once we have reviewed and verified your claim we will offer one of the following resolutions depending on the nature of the issue — a replacement item at no additional cost, a partial refund where a full replacement is not applicable, or a full refund where the item cannot be replaced.
Resolutions will be confirmed within 3–5 business days of receiving your claim.
How to Request a Return
To initiate a return please email support@grindstoneracing.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will review your request and respond within 2–3 business days with further instructions.
Please do not ship any items back to us without first receiving written approval from our team as unapproved returns cannot be processed.
Return Shipping
Approved returns must be shipped using a trackable courier service. The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item on our part, in which case we will cover reasonable return shipping costs.
We recommend retaining your return tracking information until your refund has been fully processed. Grindstone Racing is not responsible for returns lost or damaged in transit.
Refund Processing
Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome within 3–5 business days. Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.
If a refund to your original payment method is not possible, we will arrange an alternative resolution in agreement with you.
Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or variant, please contact us at support@grindstoneracing.com within 14 days of delivery. Exchanges are subject to availability and follow the same eligibility conditions as returns.
