At Grindstone Racing, every order is carefully packaged and dispatched through our trusted global logistics network to ensure your gear arrives safely and on time.

Shipping Partners

We ship worldwide through leading international couriers including DHL, UPS, FedEx, DPD, DPEX Worldwide, and Skynet Express — ensuring reliable coverage across all major destinations.

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 3–5 working days from the date of purchase. For custom orders, processing time may vary and will be communicated clearly at the time of order confirmation.

Estimated Delivery Timeframes

Once dispatched, estimated transit times by region are as follows:

United Kingdom — 8 to 10 business days

United States — 10 to 12 business days

United Arab Emirates — 8 to 10 business days

Saudi Arabia — 8 to 10 business days

Australia — 8 to 10 business days

Netherlands — 10 to 15 business days

France — 10 to 15 business days

Italy — 10 to 15 business days

Please note these are estimated transit times and do not include the 3–5 working day processing period. Total delivery time is processing plus transit. Delivery may occasionally take longer due to customs clearance, public holidays, or courier delays beyond our control.

Shipping Charges

We offer standard shipping on all orders. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

Our standard shipping does not include customs duties or import taxes. Depending on your country's import regulations, your courier may contact you before delivery to collect any applicable charges. Grindstone Racing does not control or pre-calculate these costs and they remain the responsibility of the customer.

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and a direct link to monitor your shipment in real time at every stage of the journey.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your order has not arrived within the maximum estimated delivery window, or if it arrives in a damaged condition, please contact us immediately at support@grindstoneracing.com. We will liaise directly with the courier on your behalf and work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure all delivery details are accurate before completing your order. Grindstone Racing is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout. If a shipment is returned to us due to address issues, re-dispatch charges will apply.

Unsuccessful Delivery Attempts

If a delivery cannot be completed due to the recipient being unavailable or unresponsive, the shipment may be held by the courier or returned to us. Re-dispatch can be arranged subject to additional shipping and handling charges.
